KEVIN KEELER

Hi! I’ve spent the last 13 years bringing innovative consumer electronics to market. From my experience at Apple to my experience at Meta to my consulting experience, I have been fortunate enough to grow in both the individual contributor, consultant, and management career paths. I have had the privilege to work on some of the most challenging technologies and partner with top professionals of all domains.  I’ve learned a lot and I’d like to share what I’ve learned with you. 

At this stage of my career and life, it is time to give back.  One of the greatest joys I had from my roles was helping people grow their careers. I found mentorship and coaching as something that energizes me. I leaned on this skill for my own organization and for individuals across the company.  

I believe mentorship should be trusting, targeted, and time bound. Each mentor has their own respective experience and depth of knowledge. As such, no single mentor is capable of serving each mentee’s needs. Mentorship needs to understand the mentee’s desired growth area, with both the mentor and mentee being empowered to end the mentorship once diminishing returns are reached. This is my approach. I like to help people grow and then point them in their next direction once I have exhausted my support.
